Insurance and Billing
River Road Surgery Center accepts most major insurances. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage is between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and/or deductibles. We accept cash, check or credit card.
You will receive an easy to understand, all-inclusive bill for the services provided at River Road Surgery Center. In addition to your bill from the center, you may receive a bill from other entities.
If any health insurance is not listed, please submit info to schedulers and we will have it verified right away.
Anesthesia Billing
There will be a separate bill for anesthesia services and all claims and billing are handled by their billing offices. Since most of our anesthesia providers are with Noble Dreams Anesthesia, you will find the billing department link below. On the day of surgery, you will be given information on your provider’s billing department if the provider is not with Noble Dreams Anesthesia.

The Cost of Your Procedure
Because you are responsible for costs for covered healthcare services until you reach your deductible, you should comparison shop if you elect to have a nonemergency procedure.
You can use tools like Healthcare Bluebook and the Medicare Procedure Price Lookup (for Medicare patients). Many health insurance websites also provide information on where to find in-network services.
